I have to be honest since I’ve had a baby, I didn’t start working out at all. I wish I did and the more the time goes by, the more I think how hard it’s gonna be to ton my body again. I don’t feel like I have weight to lose, but I would love to get back my muscles back. But who has time for that in reality when you’re a full-time mom and full-time business owner ?? I had tried some workout at home, but I don’t really get to it all the time. And on top of that, I am the worst at motivating myself for physical activity !!
I can’t complain though, I don’t have so much to fix, and I definitely think this is thanks to my feeding: No processed food, no junk, and organic mostly. But I bought this Moschino outfit while I was pregnant, and it still hard to wear it (belly fully contracted there !!!)
Does any mom out there have any tips for me? what kind of exercise would be the most efficient and easier to do? I was thinking of going to swim because even though it would require to actually go out, this sound like a good option for a full body works out at once.
